What technical equipment does the mindnapped Webinar Studio Düsseldorf have?

Our studio is equipped with Sony cameras, Sennheiser audio technology, Blackmagic streaming hardware, and Aputure lamps. We use an ATEM Mini as an interface for video calls and as video encoder for streaming. Our video studio is 4K-capable on the camera side, and we typically broadcast in Full HD during live operations. If you require a higher resolution, please contact us.

How is the sound recorded?

You can choose between recording with a directional microphone on a tripod, a clip-on microphone, or a beige headset microphone. Depending on the planned content of your lecture or presentation and the number of guests, we will recommend the most suitable microphone.

Do I need my own laptop?

We generally recommend using the computer provided by us and copying all media to be presented onto it. For video calls, you would need to log in on this computer. However, as this is not possible or only possible to a limited extent in some companies or departments, we also offer the option of integrating a laptop you bring with you into our existing system via HDMI and USB, so that no files need to be transferred.

How can presentations be integrated?

The easiest way is to use PowerPoint or PDF files. We can open these in the control room so that you can control them. In addition, any other form of presentation can be integrated if you can open it on your own computer (see “Do I need my own laptop?”). Furthermore, it is possible to open most files for which Windows or Mac software is available. If you plan to use such files, please inform us in advance.
